RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a
costume and it just doesn't fit, please return it. We
allow returns on everything purchased from our
website. However, the following SHALL be met:
-Items returned SHALL be postmarked within 4 days
of when you received it for a FULL REFUND.
-You WILL BE charged a 10% restocking fee or $5.00,
whichever is higher, for anything postmarked after 4
days from receipt of your item.
-No returns are accepted after 15 days from receipt of
item.
-All refunds will be made by Serena's Circle using a
check, money order or PayPal
-Shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded (including
shipping to return the item)
-Damaged OR items that show wear or that are not
EXACTLY in its original state WILL NOT be refunded
-Failure to follow the above requirements may result in
additional fees
